1. Lobster Bisque
Fresh lobster meat with cream soup and a touch of Cognac.
2. Crab Cake
with a Remoulade and garnished with a Chipotle Aioli and a corn relish.

4. Monte Cristo Sandwich
Classic sandwich with smoked ham, turkey, & Swiss cheese, egg battered, and fried. Served with strawberry jelly.
5. Chicken Piccata
Served with rice pilaf.
6. Beef Stroganoff
Simmered in a red wine demi-glace with sour cream, and served with fettucine.
In a rich lobster sauce.
8. Top Sirloin Steak
With a peppercorn sauce along with fresh veggies.
9. Pacific White Fish
Pan seared and topped with fried capers.
