Marinated chicken strips in a curry lemongrass and coconut milk served with peanut sauce

2. Shrimp Patty

Shrimp fined chopped and blended with special spices wrapped in bean curd skin

3. Ham & Cheese Egg Roll

Deep fried egg rolls with honey baked ham and mozzarella cheese

4. Vietnamese Spring Roll

Shrimp, rice noodles, romaine lettuce, and spinach wrapped in rice paper and served with hoisin sauce

5. Warm beef salad

BBQ beef served on top of spring mixed greens and a side of chili lime dressing

6. Honey Walnut Lobster

Chunks of fried lobster tail meat with a honey mayonnaise coating, walnuts, topped with green onions

7. Shaken Filet of Beef

Wok stir-fried filet of tenderloin steak, brown onions, green onions, and Chinese XO sauce served on a sizzling plate with mixed vegetables

8. Chinese BBQ Pork

(House roasted BBQ pork) Fried Rice

9. Beef and chicken crispy noodles

Fried egg noodles with beef and chicken, broccoli, baby corns, mushrooms, onions, and carrots in oyster soy sauce

10. Eggplant Tofu

Deep fried tofu, carrots, onions, and Chinese eggplant in a garlic hoisin sauce

11. Pepper Shrimp

Sautéed jumbo shrimp, water chestnuts, celery, scallion in a oyster soy sauce

12. Orange chicken

Fried battered chicken with an orange flavored sauce
